Personal Information Practices: The Janeway Foundation Personal Information Practices Guide has been developed to help people understand how the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation (the “Foundation”) manages personal information. Personal information includes names, email addresses, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, and patient experience stories (which can include information on their diagnosis and treatment).

The brave kids that deal with illnesses big and small everyday, the parents and families that are right there with them every step of the way, the healthcare workers and support staff at the Janeway that do everything they can to make our province’s children better, and the donors and volunteers that give so generously of their time and treasures to help advance the care provided to our Janeway kids.
